Overview
In creating Hugo, Emmanuel Dietrich and the Haworth Design Studio aimed to challenge the concept that office storage is just about capacity. Well ordered, accessible storage increases the efficiency of a workforce, and Hugo focuses on effective use of the workspace, smooth functionality and smart, aesthetic integration.
The Hugo range consists of cupboards, drawer units and combinations of the two. Internal accessories include shelves, drawers, dividers, removable or fixed hanging file frames and even wardrobe fittings. The door range is equally impressive, comprising of tambour doors, steel, wood or glass sliding doors, hinged doors, or even open fronted storage.
Hugo was designed to be seen and not heard: optional recessed handles, castors and tops to match other furniture lines enhance the aesthetic of a tidy, professional working environment while the smooth operation is ensured by door buffering and ball bearing slide mechanisms.
