Demont is a company with solid experience in the industrial and marine sectors. They provide turn-key packages for all their projects as well as turnaround interventions, supply and construction, component production and maintenance contracts.
Demont has more than 1000 employees across 7 production and office locations, and an average of 45 active sites in Italy and abroad.
Challenge
In response to business growth, Demont needed to furnish a new office building adjacent and connected to the existing one. The project aimed to keep up with the group’s expansion, increasing efficiency in both operational and management areas of the entire organisation.
The layout was designed to increase both the physical and mental well-being of employees with the aim of improving their performance. The solution set individual and collaborative areas side by side, allowing for concentration or interaction and creating a functional and stimulating atmosphere. The whole design reflected the client’s Mission and Vision.
Scope
The project covered 1200m2 over three floors. The first floor incorporated the sales teams workstations and executive offices, while the second and third floors were furnished as open plan spaces with managerial offices.
