Customer story
Haworth has carried out the installation of the equipment for the new headquarters of Málaga Provincial Council, inaugurated in March of 2007, with almost 500 workstations.
The new headquarters of Málaga Provincial Council, made up of two buildings linked between them and protected by a perforated aluminum structure, have been designed to bring the services managed by the council together. This way, the installation made by Haworth allows the continuity of the services integration objective.
The responsible people for the construction, that has been led by Luís Machuca Santa-Cruz, has chosen several Haworth ranges, among which it points out K22 from the designer Mario Ruiz manufactured in Vitoria, Spain. Thus, there are 494 K22 workstations, as well as K22 meeting tables.
In addition, more than 1.600 Hugo cupboards have been put up in the whole building, while the filling cabinets belong to the KFM range and working chairs are System 39. There are also 270 System 55's visitor chair.
Regarding reception areas, the counters are K-net Classic, in 7 different sizes, with modesty panels in glass and beech tops. 48 executive offices have been installed, with working and meeting tables, as well as two special Hugo cupboards in beech wood.
Finally stands out the installation of the high managerial furniture such as a_con desking and storage and s_con chairs in the most representative executive offices.
